The story of the disciples on the road to Emmaus shapes who we are at Saint Luke. Jesus meets His disciples on the road, walks beside them, opens the Scriptures, reveals Himself in the breaking of the bread, sets their hearts on fire, and sends them out with Good News.

He continues to do the same here. Our desire is that every person who comes through our doors encounters the risen Lord, grows as His disciple, discovers a family in the Church, and is sent to bring His love into the world.

What God Is Doing Here

Encounter Changes Everything

Jesus Christ is alive and at work in His Church. We encounter Him in the Sacraments, the Scriptures, prayer, Eucharistic Adoration, the life of the parish family, and the ordinary moments in which disciples walk with one another.

Everything at Saint Luke flows from that encounter. Formation is not simply about learning more. It is about becoming more like Christ and allowing Him to transform the way we worship, live, love, serve, and witness.

Saint Luke continues to grow, not simply in numbers, but in our call to become a family of missionary disciples. Each year we prayerfully identify areas of focus that help us deepen parish life, reach beyond ourselves, and prepare faithfully for the future God is placing before us.

Our priorities help keep our ministries, staff, leaders, and parish family moving together toward a shared mission.

Saint Luke began as a small community of faith and has continued to grow through the prayer, sacrifice, generosity, and witness of generations of parishioners. Again and again, God has invited this parish to trust Him, step forward in faith, and make room for the people He is sending.

We are grateful for everything that has brought us to this moment, and we believe God is only beginning.
