                          School Supply Project 2020

Another successful School Supply Distribution in the books for the St. Luke / Good Samaritan School Supply Ministry. Through the generosity of parishioners from St. Luke and a generous donation from the wonderful folks at Phil’s Marina Cafe, we were able to provide backpacks containing all of their required supplies to 91 students from eastern St. Tammany. Many thanks to all of our volunteers who helped with registration, adoptions, packing backpacks for the students who weren't adopted and for distribution to the students. The smiles on the faces of those children make the many hours of work so worthwhile. Special thanks to my co-chair Margaret Diaz and our dedicated helpers Jill Miranda, Suzanne Nease Switzer, Cheryl Fields Loeffelholz, Charlene Pagliughi Stein, Judy Murphy, and Susie Andres.
