I agree to comply with all Saint Luke Craft Fair rules and regulations. I understand that I am responsible for my own merchandise, display setup, and cleanup. I release Saint Luke Craft Fair, its organizers, volunteers, and affiliated parties from liability for loss, theft, damage, or injury that may occur during the event.

I also agree to provide a raffle item from my booth, valuing at least $30.
