TORCH

TORCH is a community for high school upperclassmen who are ready to go deeper.

This is not just another youth night. Torch is for those who desire more — more depth, more ownership of their faith, and more responsibility in living it out.

If FIRE ignites the flame, Torch is about learning how to carry it.

High school is a pivotal moment.

You are no longer just receiving the faith—you are being invited to live it, to choose it, and to lead others in it.

Torch exists to help you:

• Take ownership of your relationship with God
• Grow in authentic Catholic brotherhood and sisterhood
• Be formed as a leader in the Church
• Prepare to live your faith beyond high school

This is where faith becomes personal—and mission becomes real.

Torch nights are intentionally structured to form both the heart and the life.

While each night may look a little different, most include:

• Formation — learning from Scripture, the saints, and real-life discipleship
• Community — honest conversation and meaningful relationships
• Prayer — encountering the Lord through Adoration and intentional prayer
• Challenge — practical steps to live your faith boldly

Some nights gather everyone together. Other nights are focused specifically on guys or girls, creating space for deeper conversation and growth.

Torch is not just about showing up—it’s about stepping up.

Those involved in Torch are invited into leadership within the parish, especially:

• Serving on retreat teams
• Mentoring younger students
• Assisting with FIRE and parish events
• Growing as visible witnesses of faith

This is where disciples begin to become leaders.

Torch is for high school juniors and seniors who:

• Desire to go deeper in their faith
• Want authentic friendships rooted in Christ
• Are open to being challenged and formed
• Feel called to lead and serve

You don’t have to be perfect—you just have to be willing.

The goal of Torch is simple:

To form young men and women who know Jesus, love Him deeply, and are ready to bring His light into the world.
