Join us as we celebrate the beginning of our fall festivities at St. Luke with our 2nd annual Trunk or Treat! Be sure to come dressed in your favorite family-friendly costume! (We love seeing saints walking among us. Don't be afraid to dress like your favorite one!)
Food will be available for all those hungry treat-seekers! For only $1, each treat-seeker receives a hot dog, chips, and water.
WELCOMING OUR YOUNG GUESTS:
We're so excited to welcome you and your children to Saint Luke! We are committed to the most fun, safe, and adorable visit for your family. Please keep in mind:
We ask that an adult remain with your children at all times. The spaces being used are still a parking lot, and although all cars are parked, it's better for little ones to remain with their adult.
Please park in the spaces by our Church not between the Family Life Center. The spaces between the Family Life Center and the Youth Center and Church Office will be barricaded for Trunk or Treat only.
Please wait patiently in line until the event is opened to ensure everyone's safety.

Guidelines for Trunk or Treat Hosts
Thanks for offering to host a trunk for our Annual Trunk or Treat! If you are new to Trunk-or-Treat, it is an event where volunteers decorate the trunks of their cars and pass out individually wrapped candy to the children who come ready for all the fun!
How it works: The children with their families walk by the cars parked between the Family Life Center and the Church Office and Youth Center to receive candy at each decorated car. It is a great time for the children to enjoy the evening in a safe, NOT SCARY environment. It's also a sweet way to introduce new families to the warmth and generosity of Saint Luke. There are lots of participants (each year our Trunk or Treat grows!) so it's important to register as soon as possible!
How you should decorate your Trunk?
There are lots of great, creative ideas for the decoration of your trunk (we've linked to several pages that have suggestions below.) There are some basic rules, however:
FIRST, PLEASE:
NO themes that are scary, gory, or violent, or inappropriate. No scary items or images of blood or weapons.
NO pets (dogs or cats or other animals) at your hosted trunk. Some small children are intimidated by animals.
Cars must be turned off for the entire duration of the event. Please do not leave or shut down your trunk until the event is over. OCTOBER 12, 2025 FROM 6:00 PM UNTIL 8:00 PM
All hosts must register to participate by October 9, 2025, end of business day and arrive between 4 -5:30 pm on October 11th.
NO open flames or flammable items.
Do not encourage children to enter vehicles. All children will remain outside of the cars.
NOTE: There are no electrical sockets available. If your trunk requires lighting, please consider using battery powered lights.
Apart from those rules, you are open to decorate your trunk in any way you'd like!
Make sure that candy is individually sealed and packaged. No homemade items please.
Games are highly encouraged! If you have a simple game for children (6 and under) to play, feel free!
Absolutely you can wear cute costumes! As a matter of fact, we encourage you!
