Thank you for answering our questions. While we're on the subject of what we should do with our hands during Mass, I'm wondering if we should be gesturing when we say "and with your spirit, " in reply to Father's "peace be with you? " Thank you again!

In light of today's gospel: I know I am unaware of many of my sins. Where can I find a thorough examination of conscience? Got a link to some website?

At morning mass, it was announced not to lift up our hands. Why is it inappropriate to lift hands in praise during the Our Father when the bible tells us to lift up our hands in praise. Will in obedience comply but very disappointing to be told how we may no longer praise the Lord by a simple lifting up of hands as a sign of adoration and worship.

When I was a kid, they used to call Holy Thursday "Maundy" Thursday. What was that about?
