MAKE SURE TO BRING YOUR INFORMATION (PAPERWORK):

• Your child's birth certificate (copy)
• If your child has been baptized, information about your child's baptism: Date, Church, City and State (if you have written information, please bring a copy)

This BLAZE night will give your child and the rest of your family a chance to get to understand the BLAZE process and to get to know our staff, our formators, and our great parish family. Your child will receive the OCIC Workbook that you have before you and to begin preparing for IgNIGHT! Our first FIRE night of the year on September 14!

BLAZE AT HOME ASSIGNMENT: 
ASSIGNMENT: MY STORY IN YOUR BOOK (Pages 9 - 11) (14 - with my parents) (60 min)
Every great saint has a story of the person they were before they knew Jesus and how He transformed his or her life. Your child is no different! Every one of us is called to be a saint using our talents and gifts to help others, grow in love, and become the very best person we can be. God wants us to succeed in holiness, and He teaches us if we are willing to make an amazing life that not only makes the world a better place but which inspires others, too. This assignment will be spread over two BLAZE sessions. Follow the prompts and don't forget to provide encouragement and support!
