All the sacraments are special, but there's something so powerful about this particular sacrament of Reconciliation. It's a reminder over and over that God loves us enough to consistently kneel down and help us get up when we fail and fall - because we are worthy of the gift to attempt to be as holy as Jesus. Your child and your family is called not only to be loved - but to be loved NO MATTER WHAT. If we as parents can embrace the power of being forgiven many times, we can teach our children that we are capable of moving forward. This is an important BLAZE night. Your child's First Reconciliation will be on March 15, 2026. Take the time tonight to write it on the family calendar, and plan on a special new tradition in your family following First Reconciliation. Go to confession once a month, and then go grab a pizza together - or maybe even a special treat! Reconciliation is an invitation to grace!

SYMBOLON is perhaps the most complete series on what it is that we believe in totality as Catholics. If you’re in the process of becoming Catholic yourself, or if you’ve been away for a little while (or just would love a refresher), there is no better way to discover our Faith. With beautiful filming, interesting topics by some of the best teachers, and great storytelling, SYMBOLON is a great gift of Catechesis. If you only watch one video this session, make it this one!
